So, they ended up being just under 6mm in diameter which is between a 2g & a 4g. You can forgive my being half a millimeter off, right? Anyway, they're 1" wide and 1 5/8" tall. I managed to get them to match perfectly and the s-curve shape helps keep them in your ears without those annoying grommet-things. They're also tapered so they'd probably be good if you're trying to stretch your holes a bit.
